Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us immediately if you need an exchange.
